Working with Kantar Consulting, Charlotte was involved in a key note speaker series for the Avon International Brand team. The concept behind the project was “inside out’.
The premise of which was a series of webinar’s beamed to the global brand teams, using different industry speakers from different backgrounds. Charlotte was asked to speak about UX – User Experience at retail.
Charlotte used some interesting examples from the leading brands she’s been fortunate to have worked with throughout her career: Coca-Cola, Disney and Nike, using the 30 minute session to impart her learnings, experience, ideas, and best practice to the Avon International brand audience.
